For Residential and Short-Term Rental Projects, we offer both full-service ordering & procurement (our team handles everything!) and supported procurement (you have all the fun shopping and receiving your items!

Every JM project begins with an initial consultation where we establish a game plan for your project, and discuss which approach aligns best with your vision and scope, including which structure for ordering is best for you.

On virtual projects, we provide an itemized source list of everything you need to make your space feel complete and follow the supported sourcing format!

In the initial consultation, you will receive 1:1 personal design tips from our lead designer. She will be measuring your space, taking photos, chatting through style and budget, as well as floor plan ideas. After the meeting, the team will come up with a personal estimate for your project. With all this info, you will have a much greater understanding of the budget of your project and then game plan moving forward to take your space from “eh”, to complete!!

We understand that some things are truly sentimental and need to stay! We’re happy to fill in the blanks where needed!
